big and strong and coming right along...

Mackay...

10 Weeks
weight: 14lbs. 9 oz.
height: 22 1/2 inches

It is seriously so fun to have a baby in the house again. Especially on the 2nd I have enjoyed it so much more, not as much worrying like you do over the first! One of my favorite parts of my day is during nap time I make it "baby time." I would ususally clean or watch a show, but I've been hanging out with the little guy instead. I nap with him, or chat. Play patty cake and get some smiles! It's awesome. Mack has been a wonderful addition to our family, he's fit in perfectly. He was definitely worth the wait!
A few things about our new little guy...
Such a content, happy, lovey baby.
Loves his blankies over his face to sleep.
Half the time he likes his binki the other half he gags with it!
Loves his swing and play gym, can already reach up and hold onto the little toys!
Smiles at anyone that will look at him...especially his big bro Bos!
Likes to sing songs, but they don't calm him down like they did Boston.
Loves to eat.
Chubbiest little Chub...I kiss his cheeks all day long!!
Sleeps through the night.
Loves to play patty-cake and "so big!"
Doesn't really enjoy tummy time or his little neck streches!
Hardly cries, but when he does, it's sounds very serious!
His sad face breaks your heart, he really gets the bottom lip goin!
Wakes Dada up in the middle of the night with his pooping!
He's super ticklish!
My favorite thing...he's a mama's boy!

In the car seat coming home from the hospital and now at 7 weeks!

One Month...

Two Months...

 Boston...

3 years 7 months
weight: 48 lbs.
height: 43 inches

Boston is our wild man! He loves all things boy!! Anything outside is so fun, but the kid loves tv! haha! We try to keep up with all his energy...it's extremes in taking care of these two. I'm having fun playing pretend guns and dragons with Bos then switching to sweet baby mode with Mackay.
He's a major dada's boy! He cries for Kyle everyday while he's at work, and is always sooo excited when he gets home. They love to wrestle and do "boy" things! Boston needs some one on one attention lately, poor thing!
Bos loves Seaworld and Shamu. Any whale for that matter! He has toy whales of every kind Shamu the killer whale and Walter the sperm whale! He's into all kinds of "sea creatures," as he call them. I guess that's from growing up so close to the ocean!
Boston keeps us laughing with all the words and phrases he now knows. He can carry on very interesting conversations! He has the greatest imagination...his ideas while playing pretend are so thought out he knows exactly what the other character {i'm playing} should say too, and he doesn't move on until you say exactly what he asks! He loves water! Swimming, tubs, playing in the bathroom sink, jumping in public water features {ahh so embarrassing} you name it he loves all things water! He just ended his T-ball camp. It was so darling. He would last about 5 minutes until he was hot and tired and just ready to play on the big toy. Dad wasn't so pleased about that, but when he wanted to hit the ball he was awesome! It was so fun to see him in a group setting with other kids his age. He became fast friends with Marcello as they would chat about Power Rangers in line to bat!
He's a great big brother. He loves Mack so much and always wants to "help!" The most common phrase is "Hi Mackay, how was your naaappp?" in a very high pitched voice!
I can't believe he's already 3 1/2. It's so true when they say, no matter how old your kids get they always feel like your baby! I die at this t-ball shirt picture because of how old he looks. He's a not a baby, he's a boy! Time flies when you're having fun, and we're definitely having fun with Bos!

Wanted to be "wrapped up" like Baby Mackay
Got hair dye at his haircut...he loved it!
